Does the product meet international safety certifications?

How long is the warranty period? How should we deal with quality problems?

The standard warranty period is 3 years. In case of quality problems, free replacement or repair is available (a quality inspection report is required). We support a quick after-sales response and will provide a solution within 48 hours.

What is the range of the color temperature and the Color Rendering Index (CRI)?

The color temperature can be selected within the range of 2700K to 6500K (from warm white to cool white), and the CRI is ≥80 (for high-end models, it can reach ≥90), which is suitable for home, commercial and other scenarios.

What is the waterproof and dustproof rating?

We focus on indoor lighting.The indoor models have an IP20/IP44 rating .
